I have over 38 years of experience as a life coach, personal trainer, and Fitness Instructor. I have worked with thousands of people worldwide who are past their prime, focusing on healing the body from the inside out. Throughout my journey of health and fitness, I have learned that the body changes, and we must adapt as time progresses. I am no stranger to the life stressors and the struggles that we each face along the way, both mentally and physically. I will guide you through inspiring, effective workouts that will leave you feeling accomplished and invigorated. Whenever I’m not in workout mode, I enjoy being outside riding horses, raising cattle, riding mountain bikes, camping, four-wheeling, and farming.
